When you own a website or a WordPress site, it requires regular maintenance and support to ensure it functions well. This is where AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)  come in. Let’s break it down in simple terms.


What is an AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?

An AMC is like a yearly subscription or service agreement where a website management company takes care of your site. Think of it as a health check-up for your website to keep it secure, fast, and up to date.

What Does an AMC Typically Cover?

  1. Regular Updates:

    • Keeping your website software, themes, and plugins updated. Typically at 6 months Interval. 

  2. Security Monitoring:

    • Protecting your site from hackers, viruses, or malware attacks.

  3. Backup Management:

    • Regular backups of your website data, so you don’t lose information.

  4. Uptime Monitoring:

    • Checking to ensure your website is available and running without downtime.

What Does an AMC Usually Not Cover?

  • Minor or Major design changes or redesigning the website.

  • Creating brand-new pages or sections.

  • Advanced development tasks or custom coding.

  • Hosting and domain name renewals (unless specified).

  • Paid plugins or external software licensing fees. Will be charged extra

1. Server security will be managed on a best effort basis. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for any hacking, defects, and bugs in software or third party software or plugins used in the project.
2. Sometimes the server load may require an upgrade to the specifications of the server to ensure efficient use of the application based on usage and load on the application.
3. In Retainer mode, we will only be able to work for the specific hours within a calendar year, Any need for further hours will need to be purchased in advance in a prepaid mode before the service can be provided.
