An AMC is a yearly agreement with a service provider to maintain and manage your application. Think of it as a comprehensive service plan that covers regular maintenance, minor server updates, and preventive measures to keep your business operations running without interruptions.

What Does an M EMS AMC Typically Cover?

1. Server security will be managed on a best effort basis. We will not accept any liability or responsibility for any hacking, defects, and bugs in software or third party software or plugins used in the project.
2. Sometimes the server load may require an upgrade to the specifications of the server to ensure efficient use of the application based on usage and load on the application.
3. In Retainer mode, we will only be able to work for the specific hours within a calendar year, Any need for further hours will need to be purchased in advance in a prepaid mode before the service can be provided.
